Information used by this pilot

EZ Ryde stores your name, email address, authentication records, and bookings. When you reserve a seat, it also stores the pickup address you enter. A driver account additionally stores car size, passenger seat count, minimum rider count, and published departures.

Who can see your information

You can see your own bookings and pickup addresses. The driver assigned to your trip can see the names and pickup addresses on that trip. Other riders can see departure availability and the driver’s name, but not your name, email, or pickup address.

Sessions and hosting

Essential session cookies keep you signed in. The application is configured for Cloudflare Workers and D1. Authentication may record IP addresses and browser information for session security and rate limiting. No advertising trackers or map services are included in this build.

Pilot limitations

Booking changes do not trigger email notifications. Self-service account deletion and automated data-retention deletion are not implemented in this pilot. Existing records remain until the operator removes them through an administrative process.

Before a public launch

This is a pilot product notice. The operator must publish its legal identity, privacy contact, retention schedule, and a process for access and deletion requests before accepting public registrations. Do not submit sensitive information beyond what is needed for pickup.
