Before you book.

What a reservation means

A booking reserves one passenger seat on a published Ottawa–Toronto or Toronto–Ottawa departure. Each trip has a driver-set minimum rider count. It is confirmed only when the number of active bookings meets that minimum. A cancellation can return a trip to pending.

Check before travelling

Refresh your calendar before your trip. There are no confirmation emails, automatic reminders, or real-time updates in this pilot. Do not assume an unconfirmed trip will run. Drivers can cancel a departure before it leaves, unless pickup has already begun.

Booking and cancellation cutoff

Online bookings and rider cancellations close 30 minutes before the scheduled departure. All displayed times use America/Toronto. Seats cannot be transferred through the app, and each account can reserve only one seat per departure.

Pickup and payment

Provide a complete, accurate pickup address inside the departure city. No map verification is performed. Fare, payment method, arrival details, luggage, and any special requirements must be agreed with the driver separately before travel. The app does not collect payments.

Driver accounts

Driver access is invitation-only. Drivers are responsible for publishing realistic availability and accurate passenger capacity. The six-hour scheduling block is a conflict-prevention rule, not a promised travel duration.

Pilot scope

This build does not establish insurance coverage, regulatory compliance, background checks, identity verification, or accessibility guarantees. The operator must complete those checks and publish reviewed legal terms before running a public transportation service.
